Dog is not to be chained or tied up indoors or outdoors under any circumstances.  House pet only.  The dog shall NOT have access to the yard while Adopter is away from home. 
Whenever the dog is outside, the dog will be kept on a leash whenever it is taken out of the Adopter's fenced yard for protection against running away or being hit by a car.  If adopter does not have a fenced yard, the dog must be kept on a leash at all times.

Considerations for Intake/Surrender No people aggressive dogs. Reject dogs for Severe thunderstorm anxiety, severe seizure dogs.  We handle most all health problems - hips - heartworms - etc and take dogs in bad shape and rehabilitate them routinely.
